Spandana is a dynamic People Leader who’s spent her career shaping culture and scaling teams in the tech startup space. From Series B all the way to IPO prep. She got her start at Priceline.com (part of Booking Holdings) and has since built people strategies at high-growth companies like Compass and Vidmob. During the pandemic, she hit pause to explore her other passions, earning a master’s in International Relations from NYU. After a brief adventure in global affairs, she realized HR was her true home and came rushing back. Now, as VP of People at Vidmob, Spandana is all about building bold, inclusive, and high-impact cultures.
