She brings extensive expertise across international HR, having successfully led cultural transformations, organizational restructuring, and workforce planning in both corporate and private equity environments. Ester has also spearheaded HRIS migrations and large-scale operational projects, consistently aligning talent strategy with business growth. With a strong focus on digital transformation, she leverages data, automation, and advanced HR technologies to enhance decision-making and modernize the employee experience. With a background in research and a graduate degree in counseling, she applies a unique data-driven and human-centered perspective to building inclusive, resilient, and future-ready organizations.
